Rooted in drawing and focused on mark-making and minimalist aesthetics, I seek to create harmony and balance in my compositions. My practise has become refined in appearance, but broader in its exploration. I often explore my practice within the transitions between 2D and other forms such as 3D, sound or movement. Drawing is intrinsic to the work in this way. Pattern, rhythm and a sense of 3D space can be found within my drawings and the potential for the work to construct, communicate and connect is currently driving my passion for exploration.
